Islam is the second most subscribed to religion in the world, so it is good to understand the basis of what they believe, regardless of weather you believe it yourself. It also makes it much easier to understand the thought process of Muslims, and why they do a certain thing that is not “right†to the Christian mind. It can help to understand other people better in general, and the better we understand others, the better off everyone is.
