Humming Birds

Lesson #57 Humming Birds come in soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many colors like brown, green, blue, and red. They fly really fast and you can’t even see their wings properly! They are actually moving in a figure-eight pattern, allowing them to hover. You can make a Humming Bird feeder here.

Ducks

(Mallard) Male Mallard ducks have a green head and neck, a brown chest, a white underside, and orange feet. The underside of the male’s wing have blue on it. Female Mallard Ducks are much browner than males I think ducks are cool animals. Do you? Thanks for reading!

Peregrine Falcons

Peregrine Falcons have a grey head and wings. They have yellow eye rings, beaks, and feet. The Peregrine Falcon has light grey and black stripes on their wings and body. They have dark grey on the tips of feathers. Baby Falcons are called “eyases” according to my Science teacher.
