(Coming from 70-year-old me) “Here is all I have accomplished over the last, what, 50 years?”

“Oh, well how ever many years as it has been I have still accomplished the following;”

“I have got a good education and taught my family all I have learned. I taught my children and grandchildren how to be truthful. I have had success in making money to support my family. I have made enough money to support my retirement plan for the rest of my life.”

Those were the things in my calling

Ron Paul curriculum was the online school I used. I learned every thing I needed to know to do all of the above.”

My Definition of Success

You can not have success without a goal. It may be making money or starting a family. It may be learning something new or making some one feel happy. what ever your goal is, accomplishing it is success. But you can’t have success without putting something into it and getting some thing back out of it. This is the inflow outflow process. If you put something into it, it is called inflow. Outflow is when inflow goes in and comes back out, accomplishing the goal, what ever it may be, and creating success. If you create inflow, but it does not produce outflow, you will not accomplish your goal, you will not make any money, you won’t be able to buy things you absolutely need, and you might as well quit the job.

Subject: places in my life where I have had success, and if so, have I used any of the five institutional questions my Academic Boot Camp teacher uses?

Place number one: Thanksgiving; One Thanksgiving, I found a new pie recipe, and I made it all by my self. (Because I have a great baking talent,) It was easy. I made it and brought it to our Thanksgiving dinner on my mom’s side of the family. It was a big success. Everybody who tried it loved it. It was the best pie I had ever made. Getting on to the five institutional questions, there is one of the five institutional questions that could apply. It was the last one; “Time: ‘does this outfit have a future?’”. It could have a future. I still make that same pie every year. I could open a pie shop when I grow up.

Place number two: Getting full (Rare!); When me and my mom went to an all-you-can-eat buffet, I chose my portions wisely and ate only until I was full. My mom was the ultimate boss witch answers one of the five institutional questions; “Sovereignty: ‘who is in charge here?’” the next question that applies is; “Sanctions: ‘what do I get if I obey or disobey?’” If I am told to stop, if I obey, I don’t get anything, but I don’t lose anything either. If I disobey, I lose my chance to come back.

Place number three: making cheeseburgers for myself; I hate peanut butter with jelly on bread. One day, at lunch every body else ate things I did not like (mostly PB and J) and we had some beef thawed out. I made three paddies and put them on the sandwich grill. When they came off, they were perrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrfect. One of five institutional questions; “Time: ‘does this outfit have a future?’” It does. from this, I learned how to make cheeseburgers, witch is a good skill to have. I can now make them any time as long as I have beef thawed out.

Subject: places in my life where I can exercise leadership

I think, that I can exercise leadership in my family, because I am in a hierarchical position over my brothers (who are very annoying and fight a lot); I think that I can teach them friendship (if they are willing to learn). I can also help them with their jobs in in my spare time.

I am also in a hierarchical position under my parents. I can help mom cook in in my spare time. I can help my dad lock up the cats (as on my blog homepage) , and I already do the rabbit chores for him. (No complaints!) I could also feed the cats (and again, as shown on my blog homepage) I can also help dad with washing his car. I can make coffee, pies, cookies, and cakes for mom. I can also make mini pizzas for my brothers. I like to help mom at the grocery store, and if she goes alone, I like to help her bring the groceries in when she gets home, and then I help her put things away.

I can also exercise leadership in the cousins club, because I need to know how to be a good leader each time we meet, for we chose a daily leader. I can share my ideas with the cousins club. (weather there are good or bad!)

Those were some things I could do to exercise leadership in my hierarchical position
